Same amount of +dmg as eviscerate, but is not elite. Recharges is 2 seconds compared to eviscerate which charges every 8 seconds in an ideal case of no anti-melee skills being used against a warrior attacking a non-kiting target while under constant IAS.

Only downside is the weakness which is easily dealt with by draw conditions or circumvented entirely while in Avatar of Melandru.

My recommended change for this skill:

Increase the recharge to 8 seconds.
Decrease the +dmg to 5..17..21 (0, 12, 16) to match the same scale as several other scythe attacks (with the added benefit of deep wound).
Add 2 seconds to the deep wound (this would rarely matter in competitive PvP, but makes sense if the skill is changed from a 2 to 8 second recharge).

Dervish scythe skills in general need to be rebalanced. There are maybe 3-4 skills worth using right now. That skill in particular needs to be looked at. Fastest attack recharge, most damage, and the best scythe deep wound skill, all in one. I think a recharge of 8 and a damage reduction would be fair. Even if the recharge is increased, it's still like a non-elite Eviscerate while running Melandru's or being smited with Draw.

Eh, off of a melandrus or on a melandrus during the %50 of the time the form is down, it's not a great option, other than spiking a target down. Weakness hurts dervishes more than any other melee class I can think of since they are so reliant on sheer pressure damage and little to no utility. Using this skill once reduces further base damage by %66. Since the IAS for dervs is costly, a melandrus would usually rely on the 3/4 scythe attacks which have little + damage unless the build is based upon giving the derv enchants or the other team is stupid. Yeah, it can be an eviscerate for a character 50% of the time if they use another elite thats rather costly or devote other character slots to keeping them clean of the weakness, but the warrior just needs one elite slot. To me, this is more like saying wild blow is overpowered and grenth is fine, only far more borderline, since I think that Melandru's wouldnt be nearly as effective without a grenth to doubleteam with.
